Black History Month: Performance Poetry

Instead of doing my usual erotic poetry for Friday, I’m doing something a little different for Black History Month.  Next month I will return to my usual erotica. I plan on showcasing some of the performance poets I became addicted to while playing on Youtube a few years ago. It has been a while since I actually attended a live performance, but I’d like to think that one day I will.  It’s one of the things on my bucket list.  Below is a performance from a performer  I had the chance to see on The Arsenio Hall Show a longggggg time ago. Her name is Ernestine Johnson.  If you get a chance and enjoy what you heard, check out her channel on Youtube. Enjoy.
